Requirements

- Solid understanding of global payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software tools such as SAP.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Experience managing teams with a hands-off, empowering approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous, and globally distributed team.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver payroll with precision, meeting >99% of deadlines and maintaining >99.5% accuracy.
- Manage the Zendesk ticketing queue with strategic oversight, ensuring assignments within 24 hours.
- Optimize SOPs, checklists, and internal resources to align with company goals.
- Provide cross-team training and mentorship for departments including Implementation and PCST.
- Make proactive, independent decisions to resolve complex payroll and operational issues.
- Drive global testing, high-impact projects, and cross-functional collaboration via Slack.
- Act as a trusted advisor for key business decisions through strong stakeholder management.
