Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing PMs and designers.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) or AI/ML domains.
- Technical proficiency in understanding GPU workflows, container orchestration (Kubernetes), API design, and distributed systems.
- Proven history of taking complex, ambiguous problems to successful product delivery.
- Experience operating within remote-first, distributed technical teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate vision to internal and external stakeholders.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-term product vision and short-term roadmap for the AI cloud platform suite.
- Act as the primary voice of the user by engaging with ML engineers, startups, and enterprise customers.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and technical writers.
- Partner with Infrastructure and Engineering leadership to align roadmaps with technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to define pricing models and GTM positioning.
- Establish a metrics-driven approach to product management and backlog prioritization.
- Ensure platform console, CLI, APIs, and SDKs provide a frictionless developer experience.
