Requirements
- 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- 5+ years leading and developing marketing teams, including managing managers or senior specialists.
- Proven track record building and scaling demand in B2B SaaS, PLG, or marketplace environments.
- Strong command of attribution modeling, experiment design, and funnel analysis.
- Deep technical proficiency in paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle email, and web CRO.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Braze).
- Technical familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Looker, or Mode.
- Ability to work as a player-coach, owning individual channels or programs as needed.
- Clear communication skills with experience presenting performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Experience marketing to creators or in the social/influencer space is a bonus.
- Experience partnering with Sales on ABM or enterprise pipeline is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, connecting product marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle programs to revenue targets.
- Manage the growth marketing budget, allocating spend across channels and defending investment decisions based on efficiency and payback math.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 marketers, setting clear ownership and success criteria for each group.
- Drive growth across all lines of business including enterprise SLG, self-serve social signups, and creator acquisition.
- Partner with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Web teams to optimize lead handoffs, product launches, and ABM motions.
- Implement a rigorous testing roadmap with clear hypotheses, data-driven analysis, and performance tracking.
- Improve measurement accuracy in partnership with MarketingOps and RevOps, ensuring clean data flows between CRM and analytics tools.
