Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous data entry experience.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools effectively.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Wired broadband internet connection (Cable or Fiber Optic; no Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL).
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Ability to attend in-person orientation in Ankeny, IA on the first day of employment.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming Medical Service Authorizations and paperwork to create new clients, update existing accounts, and close files as needed.
- Correspond with Agency Case Managers via email, state portals, and phone to manage action items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal business partners in Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and Compliance.
- Support other departments by responding to Intake-related inquiries.
