Responsibilities
- Schedule evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing efficiently and accurately.
- Review referrals and medical documentation to ensure successful appointment setup.
- Match patients with the appropriate clinic or specialist using internal systems.
- Communicate professionally with case managers, attorneys, and other external partners.
- Monitor scheduling reports to identify trends and resolve operational issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinics and referral sources.
- Manage and track outreach activities while resolving scheduling challenges.
