Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or events.
- Proven track record of independently managing donor relationship lifecycles and pipeline cultivation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Experience with Canva and remote work tools like Slack, Asana, and video conferencing.
- Ability to travel nationally 20-30% of the time for meetings and events.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in fundraising reporting and process management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for building corporate and individual donor partnerships.
- Self-directed work style capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners, sponsors, and prospects to meet revenue goals.
- Manage and document donor pipelines and engagement history within Salesforce.
- Design and execute individual giving campaigns, including segmentation, appeals, and stewardship strategies.
- Conduct prospect research to identify major-gift opportunities and corporate partnerships.
- Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment and internal development processes to ensure consistent donor experience.
- Report on fundraising progress, monitor key metrics, and analyze campaign performance data.
- Represent the organization at national conferences, networking events, and donor meetings.
