Job Details

5+ years of product marketing experience in a technical B2B category.
Demonstrated experience building ICP and messaging architecture from scratch for unvalidated products.
Ability to build credibility with technical practitioners and executive buyers.
Track record of running customer interviews and extracting patterns for positioning.
Excellent writing skills with relevant work samples (positioning, launch content, sales narratives).
Experience designing GTM experiments and iterating based on results.
Basic data literacy for defining success criteria and reading funnel/adoption data.
Experience with win/loss research and competitive deal support.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Run deep, direct customer research to define and validate DBO's ICP.
Own positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency with the broader Cast AI platform.
Manage the commercial hypothesis, audience, message, positioning, and experiment design for GTM tests.
Translate technical differentiation into value stories for technical buyers.
Manage end-to-end feature launches from early positioning through GA.
Build and iterate on sales enablement assets, including battlecards and demo narratives.
Maintain feedback loops from market signals back into the product roadmap.
Monitor the competitive landscape and share insights with leadership.
Partner with Engineering to ensure messaging accuracy.
Develop AI-assisted workflows to improve function speed and measurement.
