Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product.
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build delightful products with sound UX.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure observability products.
- Perform deep customer discovery and analyze user needs to inform product development.
- Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure successful execution and product strategy alignment.
- Enable Go-To-Market activities by working with PMM to create product collateral, documentation, and whitepapers.
- Make data-informed decisions regarding pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
- Integrate infrastructure products with broader Grafana Cloud offerings like Knowledge Graph and Grafana Assistant.
