Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within AdTech.
- Deep familiarity with programmatic advertising, SSPs, exchanges, and supply and demand dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep familiarity with programmatic advertising standards, including OpenRTB, Prebid, and Google Open Bidding.
- Experience working with header bidding and auction dynamics across Web, Mobile, and CTV.
- Proven track record of owning complex, high-scale platforms where operational excellence, reliability, and monetization are critical.
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams on technically complex systems, including backlog ownership and sprint execution.
- Strong ability to lead in ambiguous environments, balancing short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing and aligning both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to guide strategic planning.
- Experience representing a company externally with partners and staying current on market trends.
Responsibilities
- Own exchange operations and performance by serving as the primary product owner for exchange-related issues, integrations, and reliability.
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for programmatic and exchange offerings, aligning priorities with company goals.
- Drive monetization and exchange optimization by applying expertise in supply and demand dynamics, auction mechanics, and pricing.
- Own and evolve programmatic integrations across OpenRTB, Prebid, and Google Open Bidding.
- Manage product-related partner relationships by supporting SSP, DSP, and technology integrations.
- Evaluate industry shifts, including AI-driven buying and selling protocols, to drive future-looking platform investments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams.
