Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience owning products end-to-end (discovery, delivery, measurement).
- Experience taking a major product or capability from zero to one.
- Prior experience with agentic or AI-native products (workflow automation, process orchestration, integration platforms).
- Understanding of AI and LLM-based product design, including leverage points and guardrails.
- Systems mindset with ability to map workflows, dependencies, triggers, and process integrations.
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills for technical and strategic discussions.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software.
- Experience with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of critical event management, emergency communication, security, or business continuity domains.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in persona workflows for security, safety, and operations leaders.
- Run continuous customer interviews and workflow walk-throughs to identify specific problem statements.
- Own the roadmap for new AI capabilities, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate problems into specifications, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
- Use AI prototyping tools like Claude Code to build and pressure-test concepts early.
- Define success metrics and analyze post-release product usage to inform future prioritization.
- Work with Product Marketing to position new capabilities and lead internal sales and support training.
