Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical customer success, account management, sales, sales engineering, or strategic consulting.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with executives and leadership.
- Passion for taking initiative in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Experience serving large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies is an asset.
- Familiarity with AI tooling, APIs, integrations, and big data tools like Databricks or PowerBI.
- Industry knowledge in routing, navigation, commercial trucking, or logistics.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using the IoT platform.
- Explain complex platform capabilities to businesses across various sectors including field services, utilities, and transportation.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for customers.
- Lead strategic customer engagements to define metrics, remove barriers, and deliver business value.
- Orchestrate product consultation workshops and value check-ins for complex partnerships.
- Influence internal roadmaps across Product, Finance, and Support teams.
- Recommend workflow changes to optimize product usage based on deep operational understanding.
