Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 5–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology, IT, or technical talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining recruiting quality, speed, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand, assess, and clearly communicate IT roles, technologies, and technical requirements.
  • Experience operating in a consultative recruiting model and partnering effectively with hiring managers and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the flexibility to prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and relevant labor market dynamics.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, job boards, social recruiting platforms, and other talent acquisition technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability, productivity, and strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Information Technology positions, from intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offer negotiation, and placement.
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior IT stakeholders, helping define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring technology positions using job boards, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, career events, meetups, and other sourcing channels.
  • Assess candidates for technical qualifications, career interests, compensation alignment, and overall suitability while maintaining a strong and engaging candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect and communicate feedback, and guide candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruiting trends and performance data to identify new sourcing opportunities, improve hiring strategies, and strengthen overall recruitment outcomes.
  • Monitor and report key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and placements.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the organization at technology-focused networking events, recruiting activities, and industry conferences.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing effective sourcing strategies, recruiting techniques, and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders on strategic workforce planning and proactively advise on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring challenges.
