Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of progressively responsible professional experience, with significant experience in talent acquisition and corporate recruiting.
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience covering sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring processes.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as accounting, finance, operations, and sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is typically preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and personnel practices, recruiting methodologies, employment policies, and applicable labor and employment regulations.
  • Familiarity with EEO, ADA, compensation, benefits, health and safety, and other employment-related requirements.
  • Strong planning, organizational, time-management, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and public-speaking capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated conflict-resolution skills and the ability to communicate difficult or sensitive messages professionally.
  • High proficiency with recruiting tools, systems, processes, and data management practices.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take ownership, and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Must be based in the New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut Tri-State area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer processing, and related hiring activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business units to understand staffing needs and ensure qualified candidates are identified and placed effectively.
  • Provide recruiting support across corporate functions, including accounting, finance, operations, sales, and other business areas.
  • Track recruitment sources, maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records, and prepare staffing reports, recruitment metrics, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition, HR, social media, and other internal teams to develop and implement new recruiting strategies.
  • Support employer and talent brand initiatives, including talent branding, college recruiting, and diversity-focused programs.
  • Lead or support corporate recruiting programs, initiatives, and special projects, such as internship programs, as assigned.
  • Contribute to talent strategy initiatives and help improve recruiting processes, programs, and performance metrics.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
  • Address complex recruiting and HR-related issues effectively while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.
