Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- OR Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of HR or talent acquisition experience.
- OR Master’s degree with no prior HR or talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruiting from sourcing through offer and close.
- Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Strong consultative skills to influence hiring managers and business leaders.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and online talent platforms.
- Working knowledge of compensation practices and ability to perform salary analysis.
- Strong understanding of diversity considerations, recruiting compliance, and ethical hiring.
- Preferred: Knowledge of OFCCP requirements.
- Preferred: Experience using Workday or an enterprise ATS.
- Preferred: Experience communicating compensation recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and program leaders throughout the selection process.
- Develop workforce and talent acquisition strategies based on business needs and market conditions.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, diverse talent.
- Leverage recruiting technologies and data insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Assess candidates for technical and cultural fit while managing the process from screening to onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply compensation guidelines to conduct salary analysis and provide offer recommendations.
