Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, engineering, or a closely related field.
- 3-5+ years of Midstream, pipeline, or upstream oil & gas operations experience.
- Direct exposure to at least one industrial platform: SCADA systems, EAM/Maximo, or operational data platforms.
- Proven experience mapping 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes.
- Track record of translating operational needs into formal business requirements and use cases.
- Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Experience building or contributing to performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Practical knowledge of data quality and governance concepts.
- Ability to build working relationships with field crews and technical departments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and IT to identify and prioritize technology opportunities.
- Conduct field and business assessments to map 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes.
- Translate operational needs into clear business requirements, functional requirements, and use cases.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and trends.
- Support strategic initiatives across platforms including SCADA, EAM/Maximo, and workflow automation.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance measures to track operational outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional sessions to align stakeholders and resolve process or technology gaps.
- Assist with business case development, solution evaluation, and project implementation lifecycles.
