Job Details

5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery.
5+ years of Epic experience, with deep understanding of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
Associate’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Advanced understanding of the Epic system and deep technical knowledge across multiple Epic modules.
Epic certification in one or more relevant applications, completed and maintained.
Proven ability to take initiative and lead smaller project teams and initiatives without supervision.
Strong project management skills, including progress reporting, risk management, and time tracking.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing tasks and team leadership.
Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in the workplace.

Conduct workflow assessments and propose advanced Epic solutions for custom workflows or integrations.
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for Epic implementation projects.
Take ownership of specific features and lead configuration and design for modules or advanced features.
Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts on project tasks, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Conduct detailed testing and validation to ensure systems meet user requirements.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
Develop and deliver training or knowledge transfer of build solutions to end-users.
Propose innovative ideas to improve system efficiency and user experience.
