- Strong technical fluency and the ability to partner effectively with Engineering teams on data, APIs, architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, permissions, security, and cost considerations.

- Strong understanding of responsible AI product development, including appropriate human oversight, evaluation, monitoring, safety, and trust considerations.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for AI-native clinical and care tools within the care application platform.
- Reimagine practitioner workflows through intelligent assistance, summarization, task orchestration, recommendations, documentation, and AI-agent-supported execution.
- Evaluate which workflows should be automated, augmented, delegated to AI agents, or remain human-led, balancing user value, clinical risk, safety, and operational constraints.
- Partner closely with clinicians, care operators, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data, Legal, Security, Compliance, and senior product stakeholders to develop trustworthy and reusable capabilities.
- Establish evaluation, monitoring, human-oversight, and launch frameworks for AI-enabled experiences, covering quality, safety, reliability, adoption, and workflow outcomes.
- Lead products from discovery through launch and continuous iteration, using research, analytics, and real-world feedback to improve adoption and outcomes.
- Build alignment across teams and translate fragmented practitioner needs and complex operational challenges into a coherent product strategy.
- Make strategic tradeoffs between platform leverage, scalability, technical investment, and near-term product delivery.
- Drive product decisions in ambiguous environments and influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries without relying on direct authority.
