Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning live products.
- Demonstrated experience scaling products while maintaining or improving user outcomes.
- Strong AI-native working practices and ability to use AI to accelerate product workflows.
- Experience managing products where engagement, retention, or learning outcomes are primary metrics.
- Strong product judgment and ability to defend strategic bets and make trade-offs.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills, including metric definition, data interpretation, and experiment design.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and alignment-building skills across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the core learner platform experience across college students, alumni, working engineers, and partners.
- Translate learning, retention, and engagement objectives into a prioritized product roadmap.
- Apply AI throughout the product development workflow to accelerate research, prototyping, and analysis.
- Own AI-assisted learner experiences end to end, from prototype to production.
- Determine where AI can scale learning effectiveness versus where human interaction remains critical.
- Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering teams to support live and asynchronous engagement.
- Define metrics, design experiments, and conduct user discovery to guide product decisions.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and create alignment around strategy, trade-offs, and execution.
