Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on martech experience across domains such as email, SMS, automated campaigns, attribution, reporting, onboarding, or activation.
- Proven track record of building and launching products in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering and design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong sense of ownership and experience driving complex problems from strategy to measurable outcomes.
- Track record of innovation and tangible business impact with specific product examples.
- Strong quantitative instincts and the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and make data-informed decisions.
- Practical fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping.
- Strong judgment regarding opportunities to embed AI into products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to customers and leadership.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes across multiple marketing domains, including email, SMS, automated campaigns, attribution and reporting, onboarding, and activation.
- Translate business objectives, customer feedback, and market signals into a focused and prioritized product roadmap.
- Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption, activation speed, engagement, and attributed revenue.
- Lead beta programs and phased product rollouts, using customer feedback and performance data to determine next steps.
- Engage directly with users to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and understand pain points.
- Partner with engineering and design to translate strategy into high-quality, scalable, and user-centered products.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, and marketing teams to establish clear product positioning and launch strategies.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI within product development workflows and translate AI capabilities into product experiences.
