Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, or clinical research.
- Understanding of clinical research processes and drug development operations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within international, cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Project Managers throughout the planning, startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of medical imaging clinical studies.
- Prepare, organize, maintain, and update project documentation, reports, presentations, and study materials.
- Review project presentations, status reports, and client-facing communications for quality and consistency.
- Participate in project meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions.
- Monitor project progress, communicate study needs or risks, and support financial documentation and invoice reconciliation.
- Coordinate the distribution and tracking of site-facing materials and study logistics.
- Ensure activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
