Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in engineering, technical or product program management, data analysis, product development, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering, product, and business teams to launch new products or capabilities.
- Strong technical fluency to understand software development projects, technical architectures, system designs, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated experience creating clarity in complex or ambiguous environments and driving programs from objectives to execution.
- Experience leading large-scale technical programs in application security, AI, software supply chain, or developer platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to identify project status, surface complex blockers, and manage risks.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from strategy and planning through execution, launch, iteration, and completion.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to establish comprehensive program plans.
- Drive execution across multiple teams and organizational boundaries, creating clarity around priorities, ownership, and timelines.
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, identifying emerging challenges early.
- Provide clear, consistent communication on program health, progress, tradeoffs, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Make thoughtful tradeoff recommendations that balance technical complexity, customer impact, and delivery timelines.
- Improve program management processes, operational practices, and frameworks to scale TPM practices across the organization.
