Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or operations roles.
- Meaningful experience in a broad, cross-functional operations role supporting many stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in a horizontal role with a large and diverse stakeholder group.
- Track record of building processes and exercising sound judgment in ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative, strategic approach.
- Experience managing competing priorities and communicating trade-offs clearly.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, scaling environment where processes are still being built.
- Ability to create systems, dashboards, and prioritization mechanisms from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own workflow, project tracking, and dependency management across the three security teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give company leadership a clear, durable view of security risk, exposure, and program health.
- Partner closely with the primary security team on day-to-day execution while supporting others as capacity allows.
- Make and communicate prioritization decisions when demand exceeds capacity, including finding trade-offs and alternatives.
- Design and implement lightweight processes that help security teams operate effectively without creating unnecessary overhead.
- Work directly with product, engineering, and partner teams to establish effective ways of working.
- Shape broader company planning and execution processes as the role grows.
