- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal intake, U.S. immigration law, or high-volume client-intake environments.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong experience in telephone-based client intake and customer service.
- Proficiency with CRM or case-management systems like Docket-Wise, Clio, or MyCase.
- Ability to work independently during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Strong active-listening, documentation, and note-taking skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of incoming leads and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote workspace with necessary equipment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Comfort discussing professional fees and consultation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new inquiries from telephone, email, text, and social media.
- Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather personal, family, and immigration history.
- Schedule and confirm consultations with attorneys, including sending questionnaires and payment links.
- Maintain an organized pipeline by following up consistently with undecided or missed-appointment leads.
- Manage prospective-client data accurately within CRM and case-management systems.
- Prepare concise, accurate intake summaries for attorney review prior to consultations.
- Facilitate a professional handoff of retained clients to the Case Manager and legal team.
- Communicate professionally with clients while maintaining appropriate boundaries and protecting confidentiality.
