Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading recruiters or a TA function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to scale recruiting operations through periods of headcount growth.
- Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics and reporting to leadership.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Ability to be entrepreneurial, methodical, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting strategy, translating hiring roadmaps and workforce plans into scalable sourcing, screening, and hiring programs.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team by setting goals and providing performance feedback.
- Own the recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake) and implement AI automation to streamline administrative workflows.
- Partner with People Team leadership to maintain employer brand positioning and manage compensation benchmarking.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with EEO, OFCCP, and employment regulations while maintaining data integrity.
- Handle executive-level and niche searches by building targeted sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
