Requirements
- High energy personality (energetic, relational, outgoing, warm).
- Hungry, driven, and eager to grow within a results-oriented team.
- US based, preferably in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
- Experience in client success, account management, or sales.
- Positive experience with Chiropractic (Upper Cervical experience is a strong plus).
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- Experience leading, managing and holding team members accountable to results.
- Must be available during Central or Eastern Time Zone business hours.
- Fluent in English (required).
Responsibilities
- Lead client review calls daily, including preparation and data gathering.
- Manage the client success team to achieve results.
- Coach clients in UCM success principles.
- Support client teams and perform calls via Zoom.
- Capture happy client video testimonials.
- Encourage client upgrades and referrals.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and relational strength to every interaction.
