Requirements
- BS or BA degree.
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in consulting, technology services, or client success.
- Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, and grid services or adjacent industries.
- Experience with demand side management and demand response programs and implementation methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe complex and technical topics clearly.
- Analytical mindset with a confident approach to numbers and spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain outstanding client and partner relationships.
- Experience working within a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority projects.
- Experience within an enterprise software/SaaS organization in the energy space is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own success for your clients by managing the Central Region’s P&L, driving ARR to exceed targets, and implementing account growth strategies.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Ensure seamless program operations by collaborating with Sales to implement new program structures, improve tools, and track renewals.
- Report on key utility program metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help guide clients through key decisions and program design.
- Support Product and Marketing in capturing the voice of the customer and market feedback.
- Present key results and deliver nuanced messages to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of demand management and support contract negotiations between EnergyHub and utility clients.
