Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
- Prior experience working in B2B SaaS software companies.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems and marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Seller Center.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting product integrations and configurations.
- Proven ability to manage a book of business and complex customer relationships.
- Experience analyzing usage data to drive retention and expansion efforts.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and other CRM tools.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to integrate analytics into their eCommerce infrastructure and provide onboarding support.
- Manage a book of business, including general support ticket management and internal stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with the Media Strategy team to prepare for recurring data reviews and customer deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and bug tracking alongside Engineering.
- Proactively monitor customer account health, identify churn risks, and drive timely retention interventions.
- Develop and improve processes for automated customer health tracking and engagement.
