Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, or cryptocurrency operations role.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and supportively within a team environment.
- Ability to work independently as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing business and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- Strong desire to learn both professional and technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with crypto, including wallets and trading (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with SQL and Python (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Perform daily surveillance of all customer activity.
- Execute daily operational tasks including trading and cash management functions.
- Monitor cryptocurrency trade execution and manage exceptions.
- Manage cryptocurrency inventory accounts.
- Conduct data analysis and reconcile general ledger account discrepancies.
- Support the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program and conduct investigations into suspicious activity.
- Drive improvements across workflows, policies, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve the product and user environment.
- Communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders.
- Complete ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
