Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, business administration, or project coordination.
- Proven track record of project completion and proactive initiative.
- Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail regarding documents, dates, and numbers.
- Ability to hold oneself personally accountable in a rapidly changing context.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clean, client-ready first drafts.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Regular use of AI tools to work efficiently and produce stronger drafts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Experience with contract administration, compliance tracking, or vendor coordination (preferred).
- Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and route contracts, subcontracts, statements of work, and amendments while maintaining the repository.
- Track state registrations, certifications, insurance renewals, and vendor onboarding requirements.
- Assemble proposal and RFP submissions including compliance documentation.
- Coordinate hiring cycle logistics, interview scheduling, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Manage logistics for convenings, cohort sessions, and team retreats including venue, catering, and materials.
- Maintain internal project trackers and dashboards, ensuring timely follow-through on action items.
- Draft and format client-ready documents, including decks and memos.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and process refinement.
