Requirements
- Experience as an executive marketing leader in a high-growth software, SaaS, or consumer-tech company.
- Proven track record as both a strategist and operator who personally ships work.
- Strong storytelling and creative instincts paired with a disciplined approach to impact.
- Experience managing and deploying significant marketing budgets.
- Data-driven approach with experience managing metrics across brand and full-funnel growth.
- Ability to lead a team and drive growth in fast-moving, ambiguous markets.
- Ability to attend in-person onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and narrative for Figma Weave in the AI-native creative space.
- Build brand awareness and love for Weave through bold, culturally-tuned marketing.
- Build and run the growth engine that turns attention into users and revenue across the full funnel.
- Hire and lead a small, senior, high-output marketing team.
- Set marketing strategy and execute against it directly, moving fast and measuring performance.
- Partner closely with product, sales, and design teams to drive market ambition.
- Own and deploy significant marketing budgets, tying investments to measurable ROI.
