Stay deeply connected to customers to understand their problems, behaviors, and needs through direct engagement and cross-departmental insights.
Translate customer insights, data, and market opportunities into a clear product vision and strategy.
Make informed trade-offs and decisions by balancing customer needs, business impact, effort, and technical realities.
Develop tangible solutions from ideas using prototypes, experiments, and designs.
Create alignment across founders, engineering, sales, and marketing stakeholders to keep execution moving.
Identify blockers, create urgency, and follow through to ensure delivery of decided initiatives.
Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, Figma, and Gemini to accelerate learning and product iteration.
