Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience.
- Proven experience with proposal preparation, IT and Engineering requirements analysis, cost and schedule estimation, and technical documentation related to the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Experience with Contracts, BOEs, IT and Engineering Processes and Practices.
- Experience facilitating and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP).
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically based on business needs.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Digital Technology (DT) touchpoint for all early gate capture support for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
- Partner with SBU Program Architects as part of the DT proposal response Agile workflows.
- Support the Agile initiatives, data capture, and workflow management of the DT Front End of the Business (FEOTB) portfolio.
- Inform stakeholders and partner with Proposal Leads when transitioning proposal efforts.
- Support special projects related to Program Architecture as necessary.
- Engage proactively across the DT organization as well as related functions and stakeholders.
