Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with K-12 state assessment programs and testing regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing data, reporting, and system-based processes.
  • Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and data management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel periodically to support in-person testing events.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex requirements and exercise independent judgement.
  • Valid Texas K-12 teacher license or certification preferred.
  • Experience with student information systems, assessment platforms, or state testing systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting virtual testing environments preferred.
  • Project management experience in education, compliance, or operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert on assessment requirements, protocols, and implementation for Texas and Oklahoma programs.
  • Manage operational delivery including test planning, scheduling, student rostering, and compliance monitoring.
  • Identify technical needs for proctors, students, and families and ensure platform access.
  • Coordinate and direct proctors during live assessment events, resolving real-time schedule and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate data management and reporting, ensuring scores are properly uploaded and recorded.
  • Analyze testing trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with Student and Family Success teams to provide assessment guidance and resources.
