Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with K-12 state assessment programs and testing regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing data, reporting, and system-based processes.
  • Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and data management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel periodically to support in-person testing events.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex requirements and make operational compliance decisions.
  • Valid K-12 teacher license or certification preferred.
  • Experience with student information systems, assessment platforms, or virtual testing environments preferred.
  • Project management experience in education, compliance, or operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and coordination of virtual and in-person standardized assessment programs.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for assessment requirements, administration protocols, and testing platforms.
  • Oversee operational delivery including student rostering, proctor readiness, platform access, and testing logistics.
  • Analyze participation trends to recommend staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Facilitate active testing windows by troubleshooting real-time issues and coordinating proctors.
  • Ensure accurate data management, score reporting, and compliance monitoring across assigned programs.
  • Collaborate with Student and Family Success teams to provide assessment guidance and resources.
