Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience with K-12 state assessment programs and testing regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing data, reporting, and system-based processes.
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and data management systems.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel periodically to support in-person testing events.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex requirements and make operational compliance decisions.
- Valid K-12 teacher license or certification preferred.
- Experience with student information systems, assessment platforms, or virtual testing environments preferred.
- Project management experience in education, compliance, or operations environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and coordination of virtual and in-person standardized assessment programs.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for assessment requirements, administration protocols, and testing platforms.
- Oversee operational delivery including student rostering, proctor readiness, platform access, and testing logistics.
- Analyze participation trends to recommend staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate active testing windows by troubleshooting real-time issues and coordinating proctors.
- Ensure accurate data management, score reporting, and compliance monitoring across assigned programs.
- Collaborate with Student and Family Success teams to provide assessment guidance and resources.
