Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
- Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling consulting, agency, or systems integration partners.
- Direct experience owning partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Strong hands-on, data-driven approach to creating programs and processes from scratch.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and qualify high-potential consulting and systems integration partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Deliver onboarding, enablement, and certification programs to build partner expertise.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to drive co-selling motions and joint account plans.
- Build and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Represent n8n at industry and partner events across the region.
- Act as the internal voice of partners to shape program incentives and product priorities.
