Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Demonstrated experience owning company-level or business-unit financial models and planning processes.
- Advanced three-statement financial modeling skills and ability to evaluate complex business opportunities.
- Strong capabilities in forecasting, KPI development, scenario planning, and business partnering.
- Direct experience producing board materials and supporting fundraises or financing transactions.
- Deep understanding of valuation, cap tables, dilution mechanics, and capital allocation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analysis to executives and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and building processes from scratch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
Responsibilities
- Own the consolidated operating model including revenue, expenses, headcount, and balance sheet assumptions.
- Lead annual operating plans and maintain rolling forecasts to inform executive decision-making.
- Partner with Product and Revenue leaders to develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial frameworks.
- Model economics for new products, markets, and strategic initiatives including unit economics and break-even analysis.
- Manage board and investor reporting, including investor models, data rooms, and diligence materials.
- Support capital strategy, treasury management, and evaluation of M&A or partnership opportunities.
- Build scalable financial reporting infrastructure and automate workflows.
