10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or ecosystem growth roles.
Strong background in Web3, digital assets, fintech, cybersecurity, or blockchain infrastructure.
Proven track record building partnerships that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
Existing professional network across Web3, fintech, venture capital, and institutional crypto ecosystems.
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
Experience working with senior stakeholders including founders, CISOs, CTOs, and institutional buyers.
Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
CRM discipline and ability to track pipeline influence and opportunity progression.
Ability to travel for key events, partner meetings, or strategic engagements as needed.

Build and execute business development strategy across Web3, fintech, digital assets, and cybersecurity ecosystems.
Identify and develop high-value commercial opportunities through ecosystem relationships, referrals, and strategic accounts.
Own senior-level relationship development with founders, executives, investors, and security buyers.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to convert partner activity into qualified enterprise pipeline.
Partner with Marketing on ecosystem activations, market narratives, and vertical-specific initiatives.
Maintain accurate tracking of partner activity, referrals, and commercial motions in HubSpot CRM.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.
