Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B software or technology products
- Proven experience launching products from concept to market
- Strong product discovery and customer validation skills
- Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps
- Experience developing pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of B2B monetization models
- Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from concept validation through launch and continuous improvement
- Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
- Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance
- Build go-to-market plan and monetization strategies for the products
- Support strategic partnerships and co-selling initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand products into new markets and customer segments
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership
- Facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders around product priorities
- Foster a product culture focused on customer value, experimentation, and ownership
