Requirements
- Proven experience or aptitude in product management or product operations.
- Ability to thrive in messy, high-pressure environments while creating clarity and structure.
- Strong commercial awareness and focus on business outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to context switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide and receive candid feedback.
- Resilient and optimistic mindset, capable of navigating challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in aligning teams and delivering outcomes within 3-12 month interim engagements.
- Experience or ability to handle tasks ranging from setting OKRs to Continuous Discovery and JTBD frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and delivery for three workstreams simultaneously.
- Support Senior Product Management Consultants in driving complex B2C or B2B cross-functional initiatives.
- Prioritize strategic and executional challenges for digital-first companies.
- Define product narratives by clarifying problem spaces, target audiences, and success metrics.
- Share and shape strategic context with stakeholders including CPOs, VPs, and Heads of Product.
- Adapt quickly to different communication styles and integrate seamlessly into diverse client teams.
