Requirements
- Prior experience through a FedRAMP authorization (Agency or JAB, Moderate or above).
- Deep AWS experience.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code (IaC) fundamentals.
- Ability to write control narratives and implement corresponding infrastructure.
- Experience with SOC 2, StateRAMP, or TX-RAMP.
- Experience with continuous monitoring tooling.
- Experience with threat modeling.
- Proficiency with Terraform.
- Bonus: Experience with Node/TypeScript environments, PostGIS, and GovTech/public sector delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the security and compliance posture of AWS infrastructure including authorization boundary, KSI evidence, and continuous monitoring.
- Drive FedRAMP execution including control implementation, evidence management in Vanta, and 3PAO coordination.
- Harden and modernize production infrastructure using IaC, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging.
- Integrate compliance into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
- Partner with the engineering team to ensure security decisions are embedded by default.
