Requirements
- Strong portfolio showing contributions, decisions, and shipped outcomes.
- Proven experience owning ambiguous, technically complex product work from inception to iteration.
- Expertise in systems design while maintaining a high standard for interaction and visual craft.
- Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success and pivot strategies.
- Ability to simplify complex products, including handling edge cases and accessibility requirements.
- Experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams.
- Ability to read APIs or code to explain technical tradeoffs clearly.
- Proficiency in independently using coding agents to prototype and inspect implementations.
- Demonstrated curiosity and agency with modern design and prototyping tools.
Responsibilities
- Own builder and partner experiences across discovery, installation, billing, management, and removal.
- Define how developers and agents discover, provision, configure, and use databases, services, and integrations.
- Transform technical constraints like OAuth, permissions, and environments into intuitive user experiences.
- Build and test working prototypes independently using coding agents to evaluate product behavior.
- Partner with customers and teams to define success measures and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Establish reusable design patterns for the Marketplace and Connect products.
- Address foundational platform problems including provider dependencies and operational workflows.
