Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital product design, UX design, or interaction design for software products.
- At least 1 year of experience at Staff or Lead level.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-powered product vision, customer journeys, and UI design.
- Experience leading design for a major feature area or zero-to-one product.
- Ability to work with complete autonomy and lead collaborative workshops.
- Deep understanding of emerging design patterns and best practices for AI products.
- Experience with prototyping at speed using AI design tooling.
- Ability to define information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and detailed specifications.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and explaining design rationale to leadership.
- Experience driving research activities and translating customer knowledge into solutions.
- Systems thinking ability with experience extending shared design systems.
Responsibilities
- Define elegant and well-considered product experiences that accelerate sales workflows for the Guide CI Product area.
- Craft industry-leading system architectures, seamless user flows, usable interaction models, and highly polished visual UI designs for novel AI-powered features.
- Present well-considered design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale with confidence to the team and leadership.
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to ship well-considered product enhancements that deliver measurable impact.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the product vision, conduct customer interviews, gather insights, and run usability studies.
- Work with a highly adept team of Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to advance core product capabilities.
- Drive or contribute to evangelize AI enabled design tools and processes in the design team.
