Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
- Relevant experience in an operations role at a biopharmaceutical manufacturer, reimbursement call center, specialty pharmacy, or data management company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data comparison, conditional formulas, and data summary.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Background in systems development lifecycles, root cause analysis, and business process modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables across multiple concurrent implementations.
- Ability to communicate complex data relationships to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with specialty pharmacy data file types (patient demographics, dispense, status, inventory) preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or Confluence preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead spec negotiations with specialty pharmacy and data partners to ensure inbound/outbound file alignment with the Ascend platform.
- Review partner-submitted data specifications for accuracy and document gaps.
- Execute all platform configuration work including data mapping, business logic, and reporting setup based on the Configuration Blueprint.
- Conduct internal QA testing on all configuration and platform workflows prior to client-facing UAT.
- Identify and route non-standard client requests to Product or Customer Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Delivery Directors to manage implementation timelines and capacity constraints.
- Develop and maintain operating playbooks, data dictionaries, and internal training procedures.
