Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in consulting, legal operations, or process automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially around processes and systems
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience creating process documentation and workflow diagrams
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or Lucidchart
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn no-code or low-code platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that is confident, adaptable, and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews, research, and process observations to identify automation opportunities
  • Create process maps, requirements documents, and solution designs that reflect optimized workflows
  • Develop and test automated workflows using no-code or low-code platforms
  • Troubleshoot workflows and alter existing configurations based on user feedback
  • Provide first-line support to business and legal users of CLM platforms and legal AI tools
  • Facilitate workshops and client presentations for real-time problem solving
  • Maintain project ownership including monitoring timelines, scope, and budget
