Responsibilities
- Manage sales and customer success cycles from first consultation to long-term support.
- Advise parents and students on optimal learning solutions and tutor selection.
- Generate new sales deals and conclude tutoring package contracts.
- Strengthen customer loyalty and manage the active customer base.
- Increase sales through upselling strategies and targeted referral programs.
