Responsibilities
- Relay critical radiology results and urgent findings to hospitals and physicians per clinical protocols.
- Track, prioritize, and coordinate incoming diagnostic exams based on clinical urgency.
- Perform basic IT and software troubleshooting to resolve system glitches or access issues.
- Monitor communication channels, calls, and system alerts to ensure rapid response times.
- Maintain precise, real-time records of all communications and operational activities.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures and patient privacy standards.
