Requirements
- Strong background in IT (do not apply without IT background).
- Experience at an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong experience using task management software such as Asana, Monday.com, or Lark.
- Experience with Mikrotik engineering (strongly preferred).
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier and Rundeck (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist field technicians remotely by monitoring requests and supporting tasks such as configuring endpoints and switch ports.
- Check switch port status, fiber light levels, and access point status.
- Activate G.hn endpoints, adjust router throttles, and provide general troubleshooting assistance.
- Support dispatch and route optimization for technicians in NY, PA, CT, and NJ.
- Audit completed installations to ensure accurate documentation.
- Ensure technicians properly close out jobs and update information using AirTable.
- Contact customers via phone, text, or email for scheduling.
- Provide weekly audit results to the installation team.
- Assist the Director of Installation Services with daily operations.
