Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly relay critical radiology results and urgent findings to hospitals, referring physicians, and clinical care teams.
- Track, prioritize, and coordinate incoming diagnostic exams based on clinical urgency.
- Perform basic IT and software troubleshooting to resolve system glitches, access issues, or workflow disruptions.
- Monitor communication channels, incoming calls, and system alerts to guarantee rapid response times.
- Maintain precise, real-time records of all communications, exam updates, and operational activities.
- Follow established standard operating procedures within a 24/7 operational framework while upholding patient privacy standards.
