Requirements
- Advanced level of WordPress admin expertise, including ability to understand plugin/theme interactions.
- Comfort using the WordPress Site Editor to modify patterns and page templates.
- Strong background in general web technologies, including DNS, web accessibility, and site performance.
- Knowledge of technical SEO and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable understanding of how AI can multiply productivity.
- Proven experience managing complex initiatives with a balance of thoroughness and momentum.
- Ability to triage requests and manage competing priorities independently.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and risk-management skills.
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain project checklists.
Responsibilities
- Drive partner adoption of WordPress and Automattic products and services.
- Resolve partner requests with high precision and provide timely, effective support.
- Define website functionality in ambiguous contexts and own project delivery, timelines, and outcomes.
- Lead high-touch deployments including DNS configuration, domain transfers, data migrations, and integrations.
- Act as the voice of the customer for product teams by surfacing bugs and championing feature opportunities.
- Troubleshoot technical and editor-facing issues, liaising with engineering teams when necessary.
- Translate partner requests into clear, detailed, actionable WordPress-focused tasks.
