Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, education, psychology, political science, communications, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Alternatively, an advanced degree (MBA, MPA) with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, data analysis, and staffing processes.
- Effective communication skills for virtual collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
- Leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing technical or data-driven projects is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Directors and Task Leaders to plan, execute, and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including standard templates, workflows, and processes.
- Track project progress using tools such as Jira, updating dashboards and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Forecast and analyze project data to inform decision-making.
- Monitor project benchmarks and performance indicators to identify risks and recommend adjustments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication.
- Support resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to streamline project management practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations.
