Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, education, psychology, political science, communications, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Alternatively, an advanced degree (MBA, MPA) with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, data analysis, and staffing processes.
  • Effective communication skills for virtual collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
  • Leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing technical or data-driven projects is preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Directors and Task Leaders to plan, execute, and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including standard templates, workflows, and processes.
  • Track project progress using tools such as Jira, updating dashboards and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for project planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Forecast and analyze project data to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor project benchmarks and performance indicators to identify risks and recommend adjustments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication.
  • Support resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to streamline project management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations.
